Responsibilities & Duties:
Accept customer payments via drive-thru window, applying payment to customer account.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, bill payments, either in person or via phone calls. Assist with trouble calls, resolution of product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s request; explaining the best solution, following up to ensure resolution.
Accurately completing daily deposits of funds. Deliver deposit to bank. Pick up mail daily.
Daily count and balance of cash drawer.
Educate the customer on products offered, product enhancements, new products, use of features and renewing service contracts.
Escalate issues/service tickets to other departments for assistance or resolution.
Remain knowledgeable of BalsamWest products, system and offerings.
Work cross-functionally across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with other work or projects as necessary.
Skills Necessary to Perform Position:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed.
Must have experience handling and reconciling payments, cash, check & credit card.
Effectively present information and respond to customers needs and questions.
Ability to handle high stress situations and de-escalate by listening. Respond in a manner which conveys understanding and confidence.
Ability to apply common sense understanding with instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
Demonstrate sound judgement in your methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Can resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Can perform daily tasks without supervision.
Self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized and ability to handle multiple priorities.
