Responsibilities & Duties:
Accept customer payments via drive-thru window, applying payment to customer account.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, bill payments, either in person or via phone calls. Assist with trouble calls, resolution of product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s request; explaining the best solution, following up to ensure resolution.
Accurately completing daily deposits of funds. Deliver deposit to bank. Pick up mail daily.
Daily count and balance of cash drawer.
Educate the customer on products offered, product enhancements, new products, use of features and renewing service contracts.
Escalate issues/service tickets to other departments for assistance or resolution.
Remain knowledgeable of BalsamWest products, system and offerings.
Work cross-functionally across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with other work or projects as necessary.
Skills Necessary to Perform Position:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed.
Must have experience handling and reconciling payments, cash, check & credit card.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Technicians have many duties, including maintaining the integrity of computer workstations and software, acting as a point of contact for employees who experience computer issues, and serving as a reference point for all IT-related queries. IT Technicians will also have other technical duties, depending on the needs of the company. IT Technicians require many soft skills and technical skills to perform their jobs effectively. IT Technicians are responsible for more than just the technical aspects of a company. IT Technicians interact with employees in all departments and levels, many without advanced technology skills, and must be able to communicate patiently and effectively. IT Technicians must also be able to manage their time effectively to address employee queries and manage their job duties, such as installing or updating software or hardware systems.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Installs and configures new PC’s and connects to business networks, printers etc. Install and configure business software adding Microsoft365 products including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint. Create login credentials on Windows servers for onsite and remote connectivity. Configure routers for secure remote connections.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
Experience:
Entry-level or have only a few years of on-the-job experience. IT Technicians do need experience in areas like software installation, database programming, working in a team environment, and with different software and hardware systems.
Candidates should also have experience troubleshooting systems and communicating technical ideas to users with various levels of technical knowledge.
Other:
If a candidate is missing any certifications or education on specific systems, programs, or languages, on-the-job training or ongoing education is an option. Soft skills can also be improved with training and certification programs in communication, leadership, and critical thinking, if needed.
